Health Services of Lyon County offers the following COVID-19 Vaccines:
- Pfizer for 5 and older
- Moderna for 18 and older
- J&J for 18 and older

Booster Recommendations- Updated 01/07/2022
- Pfizer Boosters – Persons 12 and older are eligible for a booster 5 months after completing primary series.
- Moderna Boosters – Persons 18 and older are eligible for a booster 5 months after completing primary series.
- J&J Boosters – Persons 18 and older are eligible for booster 2 months after completing primary series.
Covid Testing Options:
Public Health has Test Iowa FREE PCR test kits. These are not rapid test kits so please allow 24 hours after it reaches the State Hygienic Lab for results.
