PROPERTY  TAXES  ARE  DUE !!!

Statements are being printed & mailed the week of August 17, 2026 but you can view your statement and pay online - www.iowatreasurers.org

REAL ESTATE TAXES ARE DUE September 1, 2026 and may be paid without penalty on or before September 30 , 2026.

                                             * PLEASE BRING OR SEND THE PROPER STUB WITH YOUR PAYMENT, or include the parcel(s) and/or receipt number(s)

                                             * DROP BOX IS LOCATED BY THE RAMP ON THE EAST SIDE ENTRANCE TO THE COURTHOUSE.

                                                              Payments using drop box MUST be done before 4:30 pm on September 30, 2026 to avoid penalty!

                                             * IF MAILING, POSTMARK MUST be on or before September 30, 2026 to avoid penalty.

                                                              To ensure postmark aligns with date mailing, please bring to a Postal Service retail location.
