Please Note: Pediatric Immunizations for children 2 months to 5 years old are not avialable at this time due to other bookings. Please choose a different time if this appointment type is needed.
Health Insurance

If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card. If you do not have insurance, private payment is accepted. There is no charge for COVID-19 vaccinations.

Health Services of Lyon County participates in the VFC (Vaccine for Children Program) and is able to offer free vaccines to children who meet the qualifications of the VFC (Vaccine for Children) program. Learn More »
