Cast a Line into a Morning of Fun!

Ready to make a splash this summer? We’re calling all young anglers and outdoor explorers to the Annual Kids’ Fishing Derby! Whether your child is a seasoned pro at baiting a hook or has never even held a rod, this is the perfect chance to get outside and enjoy the water. It’s a Free Fishing Weekend, which means the memories are big, but the cost is zero.

What’s Hooking the Fun:

• Catch & Keep (or Release!): Bring your own gear, and we’ll provide the bait.

• No Gear? No Problem: If you don't have equipment, we’ve got plenty of gear to get you started!

• Show Off Your Skills: Compete in our Casting Contest to see who can hit the bullseye.

• Prizes & Surprises: We’ll have door prizes after the fishing concludes.

• Kid's Free Lunch: Celebrate a morning on the water with a delicious free meal for all registered participants.

• When: Saturday, June 6th

• Location: Lake Pahoja - West Shelter

• Time: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

• Registration: Starts at 8:30 AM sharp.

• Note: A parent or guardian must be present to sign the registration form.
