ARREST
posted 7/25/25On 7/25/25, a Lyon County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 2018 White Chevy Silverado between Dipper Ave and Dogwood Ave along Highway 9 for failure to yield half of roadway. Upon Investigation, a Lyon County Deputy arrested Randall Donald Moor, age 65, of Sioux Falls, SD for Operation while Intoxicated 1st offense. Moor failed field sobriety tests and provided a PBT sample above the legal limit. Moor was then transported to the Lyon County Jail for further testing in which Moor also provided a sample that was above the legal limit. Moor is being held at the Lyon County Jail on $1,000 bond.
